backward compatability

i was jsut wondering if FC3 x64 would run on dual proc machines and if it is backwards compatible wiht the 32 software i run now? mainly i run soem gaem servers, adn a few new gmaes are coming out with a 64 bit ready server verion, id; really like to run the 64 bit verion since in windwos im getting between 21 and 28 percent improvment on the 32 to 64 bit comaprison. does anybody have any imforamtion on this? thnx again
