Auto-Mount External USB Drive.
I'm running Slackware 14 and use xfce for a desktop. I have a external USB hard drive that has my Thunderbird config files, etc. on it.
The drive shows up just fine but I need to mount it before I open Thunderbird or I get an error. Being a slow learner, I would like this drive to get mounted when I log in.
xfce has a setting to auto-mount drives when they are plugged in, but this drive is generally already plugged in on boot and XFCE ignores it. I tried running a script using undrive which mounted it on /media instead of the volatile /run/user/media directory and then would not let me unmount it as a user from xfce.
Any suggestions
