Audio problem
 

I have a ubuntu pc connected to my olevia tv as a monitor,


i bought a y audio cable and connected it to my tv but i cant seem to get the audio to play from the tv


i will return the cable and buy real speakers if i cant figure it out


i need help to make the audio play out the tv speakers


what should my settings be on the volume control screen



note: i am using onboard sound from my geforce 6100sm-m motherboard

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question since I use external speakers.

I'm having problems connecting ubuntu to my olevia tv. Did you have any problems?
Can you let me know how you configured your monitor in xorg.conf
