audigy 2 nx usb -> system freeze

Hi, I have mandrake 9.2, and when i put the usb cable of my audigy2 nx in, the system halt. I have no idea why. I tried to switch from usb-uhci to uhci but nothing chenged.

Please help me.. :-)

I resolved.
"modprobe audio" and then it worked.
