Ati video out question


hello im running mandriva 2005 2.6.11 with a radeon9000 it has svid out and when it boots up it seems to work properly but when x starts it seems the refreshrategoes out of wack Iv been alover the place loooking at xorg.conf examples and Im still confused as to what I should change to fix the refresh rates.here is my xorg.conf

Yea Im starting to think no one here knows what Im trying to do, I have emailed xorg ppl for help but no responce I thought I had fglrxconfig but it seems its not installed I dunno what to do and iv got so much conflicting advice I dont think Ill ever solve this problem. THANKS FOR YALLS HELP NE WAY
