ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M series driver

I'm having a problem running my kde on 1280x800 resolution (slackware). I think this is because I'm missing the driver. I tried installing drivers but I think they whern't the right ones. If anyone knows which drivers are for the "ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M series", then please help me!

Thanks in advance

RE: ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M series driver

Which driver are you using now?? If it's the default slackware vesa driver, try changing to the fglrx provided by ati.

http://ati.amd.com and download the latest driver package from them. It's a fairly simple installer, and aticonfig gives tons of options from the CLI

yes, I know the drivers are there but I don't know which one to download because my videocard isen't on the list.(?) I'm using the default what came with slackware.
