ATI Mach64 openGL?

I use a ati 3d rage pro, with the mach64 chipset. ( I think it is mach64 gx, but not sure) Does this support openGL? If so, how do I set it up. I can't find drivers or anything like that. -Also, I use Slackware 10. It doens't use XFree86. Slack10 uses Xorg. I ran xorgconfig and told it I use a 3d rage pro, but I don't think anything is faster. Can someone help?

It doesn't matter which card you tell it as all the ATI drivers are lumped together. Can the ATI mach64 do decent OpenGL? Not really, but not bad... Make certain that the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file has at the end of it:

What you're looking for is NOT a lot of None at the end there... but that's from an s3virge card and support for them sucks.

Also, you can try the gatos drivers... but who knows:
