ATI 8.24 notworking with xinerama

Ok, Before you guys think this is just another case of someone not getting xinerama to work it is not.
Xinerama in working but it gives me this xinerama.jpg

Now I have not clue why it is doing that. I am running ATI 9200 with the Ati 8.24 drivers. I dont get the funny looking 2nd screen if I just startx only with the startx -- +xinerama.

Heres my xorg.conf thanks for any helpSection "ServerLayout"
