Hello,

I just replaced an NVIDIA card with an ATI 16mb. I wanted to know what card it was so I did lspci but it still lists the NVIDIA card. How can I make this say the ATI card? Also, what module do I use to get 3d? Right now I am using vesa.

Turns out it is an NVIDIA card. I am having trouble installing the driver nvidia. I get "ERROR: unable to build the NVIDIA kernel module".
