Exclamation Asus P5LD2-VM audio problem debian wheezy


Hi every one! I'm needing urgently help from all of U.

I'm havin some issues with my debian wheezy desktop system and this is what it's about:

I have a Asus P5LD2-VM and when I had installed debian wheezy my sound card is not recocnize by the alsa driver server, lets get in the matter

If any bady know how to help me, i will appreciate. As an extra info, my audio works fine in WinXP and Debian squeeze, it happends when I decided to make a clean install to get rid of windows and testing stuff suffered by my system.

In the output of lspci there is no mentioning of a sound device at all, so the first thing I would check if the onboard sound is disabled in the BIOS of that mainboard.

Thanks to PECONET009 and TobiSGD, Thanks to tobi i looked the obious, the problem was that some how my audio device was disabled on the BIOS, after I re-enable it it works more than perfect. thanks U GUYS. THIS POST is [SOLVED] to me.
