I have been using the as6edriver under Win98, and late XP very succesfully for my Dexxa 4800 scanner, but while it scans under Mandrake 9.1 the colour is dominately GREEN. The result also shows verical lines thru the picture.

I have treid setting the colour etc. but6 to date no satisfactory result.

Any one with ideas. ?..

If so, the driver backend seems to be a little beta... makes sense as far as the green shift. You may want to check the CVS tree to see if there's been improvements to it. These things tend to move a little slowly though...
