here is the only thing I could find relating to this sound card, I ordered this and am hoping the chipset is supported by alsa, I want to know if anybody else has this card and its working in linux.

clams to use AOpen AS9600D audio processor and Supports distributed DMA for legacy DMAC (8237) emulation.

your best bet is to get a creative card always, great support
