Had some trouble finding your printer at epson.com. Seems it's not listed on the US pages, but I did find it under Mexico (Hola!).
If you haven't been there yet,
http://linuxprinting.org is the place to go for all things printing, it seems. I wasn't able to find your model there, but the US models of the Epson multifinction printers are there. The 2 that I looked at both say to use the gimp-print driver, so it may be the same for yours. Keep in mind, I'm just a newbie, but I'd try it if I had one.
