ALSA + OPL-SAx -> Help needed
I've downloaded the drivers from the ALSA ftp, and the alsaconf utility and all the things I was told, but it still won't find my soundcard...
what should I do?
And I can't access the HOWTO's from this computer, because it doesn't work with the ALSA site for some very mysterious reason...
Anyway, if there are good HOWTO's on the site, could anyone perhaps download and email them to me?
Any other help is also very appreciated!

i think you can either set plug n play os to no
in your bios, or use the plug n play tools to
initialize the card. something needs initialize that
card first i think. i used a howto on the web a few
years ago to get that card to work in linux. it wasn't
easy. anyway, i think that's a module that you have to
insert with specific irq and dma. at least that was
the old way. anyway, be sure to add isa to your search
terms because that makes it different.
