Alsa doesn´t save my configuration, alsactl store neither
 

Hi,
as I was trying to configure my microfon I had to open alsamixer. I noticed there that my microfone was mute. I turned it on, changed some other things, and exited alsamixer. My mic doesnt work when I exit alsamixer, so I try to reboot...Well, I reboot but the Mic doesnt work. Then I check alsamixer again and the mic is mute again! and all the configuration is exactly as the first time, it hasn´t saved anything! So please tell me how I can save my alsamixer configuration as I really need to run that microfon.
Ah yes, and if I exit alsamixer and enter it again without rebooting everything seems to be saved...but it isnt, otherwise my mic would have to run!
So please, help me

Have you issued the alsactl store command after making changes in alsamixer?
