Unhappy Accessing a printer through a router

I have a D Link DI-524UP wireless router to which I have attached a HP deskjet 930C printer via a USB cable. The Linux box running Fedora 8 is attached to the router via a cable and I use a laptop running Windows XP with a wireless connection. The laptop can print but the Linux box cannot. Both boxes access the internet through the router.
After downloading the recommended driver I am not sure where to go next. Some advice would be appreciated. I am a newbie plowing through the Linux Bible 2008.
