Access to hard drive in Mandriva 2007
 

Hi all ! I am new to Linux. I am using Mandriva 2007.
My system is Dual Boot. I have installed Windows Xp on C drive and Linux on D Drive.
I am not able to access my all hard drive as I have logged in as ROOT, but whenever I log in with any other username,my all hard drive is accessible but that is only in read mode.I can not create/edit/del any file on any drive except the Desktop.

Can somebody help me, how can i access my all hard drive in Root Login?

Not able to write Mounted Windows NTFS Partition !
 

ok. I have done it.I just needed to select the mount automatically option.

But Now I am Not able to write in Mounted Drives which are windows Partitions and File System is NTFS. I am not able to even delete/edit an existing file...
Now can anyone help in this ?
