Access files on a fat32 partition?


Is there anyway I can open up my fat32 partitions in linux? I'm using Mandrake 10.0 Official.

Yes, you can mount it like a floppy or CD...

mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /mnt/windows

You'll need to do it as root, unless you edit your /etc/fstab and add the entry, allowing users to mount the partition. Search the forum for more info.
