About Red Hat 8.0

I have already windows XP (Home edition) on my notebook (an Acer Aspire 1600), and when I begin the installation of Red Hat, choosing the display mode, my keyboard (a standard 101/102 tasti or Microsoft Natural PS/2) is blocked when appears the request of choosing the language for installation. Do I change the driver of the keyboard? And Where can I find it?

Its probably a hardware oddity with the acer, most likely similar to some of the strangeness that crops up with Toshibas (they share a ton of the same parts). Check out this site, which is usually pretty useful:
