About buying a videocard.

Hi

I am considering buying a new videocard, which is best for video montage works.

Can anyone give an advice of good company, which also thinks about linux compatibility? I want to buy a good product with no problems installing on linux.

However I need a video in - I will work with video montage!!

By the way, maybe someone knows also some God soft for video editing?

nVidia has the best support for Linux.

As far as video montage... I have no stinken clue...

As far as video editing packages for Linux, there is some really good DVD authoring software.

SuSE has some nice stuff.
