3ware scsi error on centos 4.5


Im using CentOS 4.5 and latest kernel 2.6. Found this error message.

Can anybody tell me what this opcode error mean, or what maybe the possible cause of this error?

3w-9xxx: scsi0: ERROR: (0x03:0x0101): Invalid command opcodepcode=0x80.
