3D Hardware Acceleration

Hello all.

I am currently running a very nice system: Compaq Presario 700Z with a 32 MB 3D Accelerated Graphics Card, 1.2 gHz and RedHat Linux 9.1. Unfortunately, this system has a strange brand video card: an S3 ProSavage KN133.

I know it is 3D accelerated, for it was listed as one of the selling points of the notebook. Unfortunately, Linux will not let me enable hardware acceleration. This hinders the graphics performance.

I am thinking that I may not have the correct drivers, but a search for appropriate drivers on the internet has turned up nothing.

Does anyone know of or have any experience with 3D acceleration on S3 ProSavage KN133 graphics cards? Does any company/individual make 3D-accelerated drivers for this card?

Thank you all in advance.

Maybe... but as far as I know, there are no drivers that'll take advantage of the hardware acceleration:
