3com 3crshew696 wireless usb adapter

hi,

I'm a newbie in Redhat Linux & wanted to install 3com 3crshew696 wireless usb adapter to my machine. I have download the latest driver here : atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net/downloads.html and read the manual from here: atmelwlandriver.sourceforge.net/howto/howto.html but still when i run "dmesg", only this message appears:
Quote:
hub.c: new USB device 00:10.0-1, assigned address 4
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=4 (error=-110)
hub.c: new USB device 00:10.0-1, assigned address 5
usb.c: USB device not accepting new address=5 (error=-110)
I currently use Redhat 9 kernel 2.4.20-8

Can someone out there solve my problem or can give guide to solve this...

thanks
