3C2000 on Asus P4C800 strange troubles !!!

At first sorry for my english.

A have debian with fresh kernel 2.4.22
I take sk98lin module.
patchig, modprobing, configuring network was ok.
card works perfectly bu only on local machine.
When I try to connect over ssh or ftp from other machine (winxp from masquarede) debian goes to kernel panic with Kernel bug at skbuff.c:92!
But strange is where I connect from other server on the same public network with the same debian os it works.
What is wrong ?

obviously the driver you have is buggy. many have had the same problem like yours. you have to download the driver here... http://www.syskonnect.de/syskonnect/...02_driver.html
