[Dell d830] Keyboard left and up arrow act strange

Problem description: When I start the X server everything works fine. After a while (a few minutes), the up and left arrow only work once, that is: you press it: cursor stays, you release it: cursor goes once up. This is the same for the left arrow, but all other keys are correct.

In other words: The keydown event is only generated together with the keyup event.

What I tried: Nothing actually because I don't really know where to start
(It's not an hardware failure because it works on a livecd)

Hardware: Dell Latitude D830
Distribution: OpenSUSE 10.3
Kernel: 2.6.23.16-ccj64-regular
Xev output:
Code:
