'legacy hardware' graphics card help

I have a legacy hardware video card with this imprinted on it...
Accel Graphics Inc. 225-0128-01 REVD

and a sticker: Vision Tek

What is it?
What driver do I need with it?
What other configurations would be appropriate for finding a suitable match for this with FreeBSD or Mandrake 10?

I will follow up finegan's "Before you post: What to include in a Hardware question. " posting for more information about my legacy hardware

legacy hardware: it's not junk unless it absolutely can't be used aka lightening struck

As far as I know, the Linux kernel has the drivers for legacy hardware inside of it already. To put it simply, distros really don't matter other than preference. Well, Gentoo molds to suit any need, but I think that Mandrake is great for beginners and if you're starting out then it's a good idea. However, freeBSD is not a Linux distro. It is a totally different OS with a totally different kernel while still being based on UNIX.
