zoom modem at commands

i have a zoom modem model 2920 but it responds with an error, when i send a at+gsn in order to get the serial id. i tried at+gsn? and sent the same "ERROR", from minicom obviuosly.

any idea? any place to get a fucntioning at command set for this modem?
