Yum update problem

I encountered this error "Kernel conflicts selinux-policy-targerted < 1.17.30.3.16" while doing yum update on FC3 . Previously it can be updated but last week my after update it , my FC 3 crash/hang at bootup. After that i tried it has this error. Pls help. Thanks

I ran into this before (and posted on it, try the forum search). What worked for me was updating just the SELinux packages first and then doing everything else.

How to update selinux ? distro CD or download rpm ? Thanks
