yum update fails

"yum update all" fails with a bunch of missing dependencies. Googling suggests "yum clean all", but:

[joliver@desc ~]$ sudo yum clean all
Loaded plugins: dellsysidplugin, rhnplugin

Repository dell-omsa-specific is listed more than once in the configuration

However...

[joliver@desc ~]$ cat /etc/yum.conf
[main]
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
keepcache=0
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
distroverpkg=redhat-release
tolerant=1
exactarch=1
obsoletes=1
gpgcheck=1
plugins=1

# Note: yum-RHN-plugin doesn't honor this.
metadata_expire=1h

# Default.
# installonly_limit = 3

# PUT YOUR REPOS HERE OR IN separate files named file.repo
# in /etc/yum.repos.d
[joliver@desc ~]$ cat /etc/yum.repos.d/*
[dell-omsa-indep]
name=Dell OMSA repository - Hardware independent

gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-redhat-release

I don't see where it's getting "dell-omsa-specific is listed more than once"

Suggestions?

I've haven't used RedHat since they started charging for it. I do however use CentOS a bit. I know that on Centos they have seperate repo's for base and extras. Does RedHat have several repo's it's using? Maybe its calling for that repo in a seperate repo file.
