X-Client from Windows XP to Mandrake Server?

Is there a way I can open an x-window (KDE) on my WindowsXP box to my Mandrake server?

Thanks!

There are a couple of approaches you can take (e.g, Cygwin/X, VNC, Exceed, ReflectionX, etc.). Look here for some links:

I am a Fedora Core 1 user myself, but I guess the distibutions might be similar. Have you tried to write vncserver :1 in terminal, then open up port 5901 on the firewalls etc, then download realvnc for windows from www.realvnc.com and connect to your <IP:1> from wherever?

(Then you have to type "gnome-panel" or whatever command launches KDE to see it in realvnc...)
