Write to an ipod?


Has anyone had success in writing to an ipod ( removable hard disk) ?

I am pretty sure an iPod acts like any USB mass storage device under Linux...
Just have to make sure your kernel has vfat support.

Yes, the ipod acts like a removable USB storage device. To get it to play music files you put on it though, you need to use something like gnupod or gtkpod.
