wireless router netgear
 
has anyone use netgear MR314 router wireless with any linux distro. I want to buy this netgear MR314 router wireless for my DSL.

can anyone please refer me to any website where I can find information on howto setup wireless DSL.
I already have the DSL running on my linux mandrake.
I just want to know the procedure to setup the pc-card wireless and the router wireless

Take a look at this article:

Up to a point, wireless setup is the same as wired. You have to run the connection from the modem to the router. After that, instead of NIC's with RJ-45 jacks, you have NIC's with wireless transmitters. They install the same as any PCI or PCMCIA card, but definitely check on compatibility with Linux (brand, model, chipset).

I would stay with the ethernet connection from the comuter to the modem if I could. Some modems use usb which in my opinion is flakey.
