Windows Hijacks MBR

I have (had) a dual boot system running Windows XP and Fedora Core 3 and they were getting along fine. The windows partition broke, so I put in the windows setup cd to try and fix it. Well, it overwrote the master boot record and now all I can do is boot up to windows.

My hardware setup is as follows, I have three hard drives, one with windows, one with fedora, and one that is shared between the two. I've tried using knoppix to access the linux drive, but for some reason it could mount all my other partitions, except my linux one. I've also tried to use the setup fedora core 3 cd to fix the mbr, but no luck.

If anyone has any ideas, I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.
