When you set up a dual boot system, you typically want to install windows first, then install Linux.
Your problem is that Windows wrote over your MBR containing the Linux bootloader (Windows likes it's own bootloader and nothing else).
Your Linux install is not gone, just the bootloader. You'll need to boot a Linux rescue disk and set up the bootloader to the MBR again.

boot up with a floppy disk (windows boot disk) and
c:\fdisk /mbr

then boot up with your #1 install cd and use "linux rescue" and reinstall your bootloader.

to reinstall grub, insert the first Boot cd and type "linux rescue" then find your way to the boot loader re-installation.
