The partition which contains the OS you want to delete?
Probably you also need to clear the MBR if a bootmanager is installed.

Then you have no more OS, and the computer will not boot.
Tell us what you want to do.
install new OS? install a second OS?
Remove an existing OS?
Remove one of the 2 installed OS
What is installed on your computer right now?

Linux doesn't have drive letters. And linux partitions doesn't normally have drive letters in windows.
