My company may be planning on moving oracle from a windows 2003 box to Linux, and I wan wondering If anyone could suggest a good distro for stability.

So does that mean that rhel, centos and fedora, generally work the same?(ie. udev rules and selinux). I am a bit new to the enterprise linux environment.

As much as I love Debian, I have to look at your question from an enterprise viewpoint. If the data is mission critical, then I strongly suggest that you use a commercial distro that has paid support available to you 24x7. The exception would be where you have an trained Linux support staff that is capable to resolving problems on their own within an adequate timeframe. If you're using it in a development environment, then choose the one you know best.
