Question which is the best linux distribution as host machine for Virtual Box?


Please help me i am new to linux and forum.

Here is a (partial) list of linux distributions that support VirtualBox, along with install instructions: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

For an absolute beginner I recommend Ubuntu or Mint.

I've used VB on Debian, Slackware, and Ubuntu without any problems. I suspect it will run on any mainstream Linux distro.
