Which IP it should be

Hi,
My Redhat does reside in a VM running within Win 7 Professional. I notice that IP of VM is 192.168.?.? while the IP
of /etc/hosts in Redhat is 10.0.?.?, which is working fine for my Oracle E business suite in Redhat. But I can’t ping 10.0.?.?
in Win 7 host. Why?

Many Thanks & Best Regards,
HuaMin
