Where to post Samba questions?
 

I posted a Samba question in the Networking forum

I was wondering if that is the best place for it, as I noticed nobody seems to read the Samba related questions (probably 10 of the views are mine ;))
I hope I'm not coming off as impatient and asking this because I haven't received an answer yet, as this is not the case. I know how tech forums work, and I realize it takes time or sometimes people just plain don't know.
My main concern was the ratio of users viewing the forum and amount of views to Samba related threads

It's the correct place. You only posted it about 27 hours ago - quite possibly the people who may be able to answer it haven't seen it yet. Be patient: remember, just because it's urgent to you, doesn't make it urgent to everyone else.

And I am closing this: a thread to ask why another thread has no responses is a no-no.
