Don't Worry, I've managed to sort it out myself! lol
for those who are having the same problem here is how i fixed the problem (i am not guaranteeing that this will fix it for you):
when you turn on you computer press F2 or Del to enter Setup (button is different for different pc's, it should display on screen what button to press) when your bios loads look for:
Primary Device 0 and Primary Device 1
my Primary Device 0 was set to AUTO (displays Hard Drive next to it) but my Primary 1 was set to OFF. to solve the problem set them both to AUTO. don't worry if it says Unknown Model because when you boot into windows it should install it for you and will probably tell you to restart just after you login.
Bios versions vary in how they are set out you may find that yours is different to mine but the settings should be roughly the same.
