What Is Wrong With This Liloconf File

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this. In its current state if booting from bootloader i get a kernel panic . I have to use boot disk to access machine. I can't see anything wrong with it & a /sbin/lilo -v loads it without warnings or errors
