What is the smallest distro that is still able to run KDE and XINE?

I would like a small distro to make a system to play music and videos but does not have alot of other stuff.
What distro is a good match for such a use?

Thanks.

Can I run Arch on an LCD monitor with XINE and other programs such as Kuickshow?

I don't see any reason an LCD would be a problem for any distribution released in this decade.

Xine, along with many different front ends are in the Arch repository.

The only information I could find on Kuickshow is this, which leads me to believe it is an obsolete program that has long since been replaced. If it is just an image viewer, as it appears to be, gwenview would be a up-to-date and maintained replacement. Gwenview is in the KDEmod repositories.

This wiki can answer a majority of the questions you have about Arch.
