What are the different GUI's for...

I've got a choice between Gnome, KDE, and IceWm as my windows manager. I've heard about Black Box and a few other GUI's as well. I am running Mandrake and I am wondering if any of you can name some other GUI's that would work and how to install them. I am looking for one kind of like KDE, but minus the speed. And, in IceWm, is there a way to make icons?

Looking for ones that are small and don't bog down my cpu.

Have a look at Fluxbox it's lightweight and quick and a lot of board members swear by it. It's not like KDE though - I think KDE/Gnome made a conscious decision to have the Win like feel. I think FVWM95 has the same feel, but doesn't look as good.

Fluxbox is very configurable though, and I believe it to be easy to install.
