wget and non linked directories

I use the following wget command.
wget -m -k -K -E http://www.mysite.com

It does download images from an images directory, however, I have a scripts directory with my javascript pulldown menu which it does not download?

any suggestions how to get this done?

thanks

I think it can't be done. wget can't guess at directories, it has to follow a link kinda like a crawler.
