Weird Error Message

Hi, I'm running a small Mandrake 9.1 server out of my house, and it's working great. I just have a question - when I leave the server alone for a while (a couple hours), and I come back to my command prompt (I'm not booted into a GUI), theres a message:

[joe@localhost /] ldm_validate_partition(): Disk read failed.

And there will be multiple of these, depending on how long the system is left idle. It doesn't seem to interfere with anything, and I can just press ctrl+c to get a clean prompt. If anyone can clue me in, I'd appriciate it.
