web-based email filter (sendmail)

I was wondering if you knew of a web-based software that my ISP customers could logon to and set filtering rules for their sendmail email? It's Redhat 7.2 box with Sendmail. I don't want them to have access to Webmin but I thought that you might know of a software that does this. Does Procmail do this and if so is there a Web-based interface that they could use their username and password to login to it with so they can set filter rules for their email? I appreciate your help.
