vncviewer and desktop look and feel

Logged on through vncviewer to one host and has the redhat icon, mozilla icon print manager icon along the bottom.. very nice.

Log into another host through vncviewer and it is missing all these nice desktop look and feel.

What's missing?

There's no need to post it in 2 different forums, it'll get seen don't worry.

What WM are you running at the remote end? (i.e the host machine you are connecting to) sounds like you're describing a gnome/KDE toolbar, just need to set it up on either machine

The host is Redhat Linux AS3. I launch the vncviewer from my
Windows/XP desktop and connect to this host.

How do I get the Gnome, KDE tool bar?
