Using HTTPD Service

I have just upgraded from RedHat 6.1 to Red Hat 7.1 I mainly use it as a Web Server. The problem I am now having is that all the internal IP addresses on the network can't launch Web pages. The routable PC's can !! ie. all PCs with 204.xxx.xxx.xxx can surf the web, but all the 192.xxx.xxx.xxx can't. Is there some service I need to switch on? I used to just add our Proxy address to the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf under the BindAddress line...There is no /etc/inetd.conf file under 7.1
Am I missing/not doing something right...HELP !!
