User Manager does not work

I am using Redhat 8.0.

When I try to bring up the User Manager by selecting System Settings->Users and Groups from the KDE menu, the application never starts.

If I try to use redhat-config-users from the command line, the python script redhat-config-users.py has a segmentation fault. It is dying at the line that calls mainWindow.mainWindow()

Any suggestions as to what is happening or how I can fix it???

Any help is appreciated!!

You can just "adduser" at the command prompt as root. I can't help with the app crashing.
