USB copy station with Linux

Hi there,

I'd like to know if there is a distro/project which easily turns a computer into a usb copy station.
Ideally it would be a bootable CD which turns one usb port into a master and all others into slave ports. As soon as there is a master and at least one slave present copying would start automatically. Verify would be a plus.

Is there something like this ?

I doubt there is one. It would be simple enough to make from a most basic of disto. Any command line that has usb support should work.
